P-022 A RARE CASE OF APPENDICITIS IN A FEMORAL HERNIA, DE GARENGOUT'S HERNIA- A CASE REPORT AND LITERATURE REVIEW

Abstract Acute appendicitis within a femoral hernia, also known as De Garengout's hernia (DGH) is rare condition, occurring in approximately 0.08–0.15% of all cases. It was first described by Renee 1731. We present the case young male with acute uncomplicated (DGH). Prompt recognition and diagnosis followed early surgical intervention form repair laparascopic appendicectomy, allowed for timely appropriate management satisfactory post operative outcomes this condition.
